What is Life Coaching

Have you ever set a goal but just couldn’t stay on course to complete it. Maybe the desire was there but the energy waned, or you got distracted, or ....! This is where life coaching can help.

Every great achiever in history benefited from someone standing alongside them, believing in them and assisting them to bring their goals to fruition. We see this in the sporting arena where the best athletes in the world have at least one coach.

Why? Because they understand that on their own they would not be able to achieve as much, they need someone outside of themselves to show them areas for improvement, provide encouragement, help keep them committed to the vision and speed up anything that they would ever be able to achieve on their own.

Life Coaching gives people exactly the same. A Life Coach helps individual to achieve their goals. A life coach could assist you in any of the following ways:

  • Setting Goals
  • Creating an Action Plan to achieve their goals
  • Keeping you accountable
  • Finding areas of your world to change or develop
  • Supporting and encouraging you
  • Finding attitudes, beliefs or values that may be holding you back
This is not an exhaustive list and as Life Coaching is about the individual there is no standard solution or set formulas. A basic process is used to underpin the Life Coaching but the rest is tailored to what you need, where you are will drive the content and discussions.

The result of the Life Coaching is amazing, areas that you may have struggled with for years are suddenly not that hard and you have achieved them within weeks or months.

Imagine applying this to those areas of your life you struggle with – finances, health, fitness, career, relationships and so much more.

Your world will truly be revolutionised.
