Coaching Series

The most effective form of coaching is undertaken in a Coaching Series. A coaching series is a weekly/fortnightly meeting with a coach over a 3/6 month period. The coach can then work with you in setting a number of powerful goals and supporting you in reaching those goals.

A coaching series gives an ideal amount of time to :

  • Set & Achieve goals
  • Identify attitudes/beliefs/values that need adjusting
  • Address know habits
  • Build lasting habits
