Journal Your Journey

An important part of any weight loss journey is to record your daily behaviour. Most weight loss journals have you record your daily food intake and the exercise that you do - mine's no different there but this is not enough!

The real information, the information that will give you insight into what you need to change, comes through realising how you felt before you ate or exercised (or not) and what you thought about immediately after.

My journal page allows you to record this. When you fill it out accurately you will start to see patterns in your life. Journalling like this will bring those critical "secrets" out into the open so that you are able to start dealing with them.
